Venue Hire @ NHSC
With over 600 club members NHSC can now only accommodate hosting evening party functions to existing/established members. This includes birthdays, engagements, wedding receptions and anniversaries (Sorry, no 18th birthday parties). Please note: Saturday and Sunday afternoons are reserved for club members to enjoy the varied facilities of the Club so parties are only considered during evenings. The only exceptions are:-
i) Wakes during weekdays for non-members, although availability is restricted as the Club is hired out most days by a play cafe and Baby Sensory class group;
ii) Local business staff parties;
iii) Social events for local charities.
Benefits of hiring the Club include:
- A local, welcoming, family-friendly, safe, spacious (inside and out) and informal venue, with stunning panoramic views and large patio areas.
- Seating for up to 100. The ability to accommodate up to 200 guests within the clubhouse and external environs.
- Professional and attentive support to help you to organise your event.

- Free bar extension until midnight if required. Music until 23:45.
- Free car parking – 35 parking bays.
- Low venue hire rates – a standard, discounted booking fee.

There is always a high demand for party bookings at the Club; furthermore, members’ parties are limited throughout the year so that club members are free to enjoy the facilities of the Club without an excessive amount of functions. As such, you are strongly advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
