Notes:

1. Deposit & venue hire prices are available upon request.
2. The bar closes at/by 12pm; please notify your guests accordingly. Please be respectful of neighbours of the club when leaving the promises late at night.
3. Any notification on social networking sites is deemed a breach of the booking conditions. As such, NHSC reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time, even at short notice.
4. The club operates a dual pricing policy. More details of this are available upon request.
5. No Chinese lanterns can be set off from the club's premises.
6. 18th Birthday parties are not allowed.
7. Catering can be provided by the club - buffets, BBQs, etc. Alternatively, you can choose to arrange. (A £50 deposit applies if the organiser uses the kitchen/BBQ, refundable if all left clean & tidy afterwards.)
8. Entertainment, if required, should be arranged/paid by you. Please inform the club in advance.
9. Music, whether live or disco, should cease at/by 23:45 as a courtesy to the club's neighbours.
10. Glitter confetti, party poppers, etc. are not allowed unlress agreed in advance with the club.
11. For licensing and insurance purposes, please provide a list of non-member guests in advance.
